      How do I dust dried plants?

      Dried flowers and grasses can be dusted using a hairdryer set to the lowest setting with a cool air flow, or using compressed air, as is done with electronic devices. Palm and eucalyptus leaves can be cleaned using a dry cloth, as well as a soft brush, a duster or a small brush.

      Can you put together a bespoke bouquet?

      We operate as an online shop, so you’ll find a range of beautiful ready-made bouquets in our collection. We hope you’ll find one that takes your fancy.

      Can I place an order by phone?

      We are always here to help, but we cannot accept orders over the phone. The process of placing an order via the online shop - that is, making a purchase remotely - requires the customer to formally accept the shop’s terms and conditions.

      Could you send my order as a matter of urgency?

      We do our utmost to ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible. We give priority to orders placed and paid for by 11:00 am. We dispatch them on the same working day.

      How should I store dried plants?

      Dried flowers and grains are best stored wrapped in paper, in a cardboard box kept in a dark, dry place. If possible, add some sachets of silica gel to the box, as this will help absorb any moisture.
