Hanataba Pitch Black - flower arrangement tool
Hanataba means bouquet in Japanese, and there's a reason this little tool is so named. This Swedish patented invention is used to arrange spiral bouquets. It is made of stainless steel aluminum. Stems of dried or cut flowers should be inserted into the tool and then twisted. Thus created bouquet simply place in a vase or place in a flat dish with water. Once the stems are evenly trimmed, the bouquet should hold itself.
The Hanataba device is distinguished by the aesthetics and high quality of the product. It is a tool that can be used repeatedly. Hanataba is therefore a decorative element of the bouquet. Choosing the right color of the tool, you can beautifully emphasize the character of the composition.
Hanataba in black color is extremely elegant and is also a distinctive part of the bouquet.
What will you find in the Hanataba kit?
- large Hanataba tool for 19 flowers
- small Hanataba tool for 7 flowers
- 2 silicone discs that you can stick on the Hanataba tool to stabilize the stems
Hanataba - what is worth knowing about?
- Read the instructions for use before using it for the first time. The use of Hanataba is extremely simple to apply, but it is worth familiarising yourself with a few basic steps.
- The first time you use Hanataba, try using flowers from your garden or meadow on a test basis. This will allow you to practice the technique and prepare you for creating bouquets from cut or dried flowers.
- Hand washing the product is recommended.
- If you place the bouquet in a vase, make sure that the Hanataba is not under water.
How to use Hanataba in a few simple steps?
- In the pack you will find two pieces of Hanataba tool - a small and a large one - used to create two separate bouquets.
- In addition to the Hanataba tool, you will find two silicone stickers in the pack to help stabilise the flowers. Stick them to the underside of the tool.
- Twist the Hanataba carefully before you start arranging the flowers. Then twist the top of the Hanataba about 90 degrees (half a turn). Check that the top and bottom holes are aligned so that you can look through them. Make sure that the 3 largest central holes on the top are aligned with the same holes on the bottom.
- It is important that now both parts of the Hanatab do not move. You can use a small piece of clear sticky tape to hold them in place.
- Now it's time to place the flowers in the tool. Make sure the stems go straight through, through the same hole at both the top and bottom of the Hanataba.
- Once the flowers have been placed, trim the stems. To keep the proportions right, the stems at the bottom should be 1/3 of the height of the bouquet and those at the top 2/3 of the height of the bouquet.
- Now the magic happens. Turn the Hanataba clockwise all the way to the end. Your spiral bouquet is ready!
